Rooms may not be available after June 16th. Also, we will be charged for rooms not used, so you are supporting the convention hosts by booking your room at our convention hotel before June 16th. (Be sure to book through our web link or to tell the person you are with the Convention while booking your room!)
In order to hold our convention there, we promised to book a certain number of rooms through the hotel. Please make sure that you use the link provided below or indicate that you wish to book under the "Tom Swift Convention" block when calling the hotel, to ensure we get credit for your booking and that you get the discounted rate we have negotiated.
